Removing plastic paint from victorian & more modern brickwork

This job required a two stage stage approach in order to remove plastic paint,  from a building of two stages ( Old & New )

This building required abrasive blasting, on the more modern section & steam cleaning on the older section. The original construction is brick & lime mortar.

The objective was to remove the modern plastic paint, while preserving the original lime wash. This was achieved by Steam Cleaning,  this section of the building.

The more recent construction required Abrasive Blasting, in order to remove the failing modern paints. These modern plastic / acrylic based paints cause so many issues on brick buildings, because it prevents the building from breathing properly, leading to damp issues & deterioration
